Certified Personal/Group Trainer through the NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers)
Kim has been with Test Fitness since the beginning of 2016. She applies behavioral, motivational and exercise strategies to help gain or maintain a healthy lifestyle. She dedicates herself to each session and class to tailor the exercises to meet the individual’s needs. During group classes, Kim shows various ways that individuals with different fitness levels can modify their workout.
Unlike bigger gyms with overcrowded classes, Kim’s classes are not a “one size fits all” type of class. She continuously corrects and motivates to give individuals a work out that is safe, effective, and fun!
Focus: Weight loss, Muscle Development, Toning and Sculpting and Endurance Training.

Born February 22, 1991 in Long Branch, New Jersey. He currently lives in Toms River and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He lived in Eatontown for a short period of his life and eventually moved to Neptune N.J. where he grew up and attended school. He attended Neptune High school from 2005-09 and within those years; he was the starting point guard on the Varsity basketball team. He worked extremely hard on his game and was honored with back to back defensive player of the year awards in 08-09, he also made 1st Team All Shore Conference, all Division and All Coaches Poll his senior year and received 4th team all state honors as well. In addition, he received 2 tournament MVP awards on their long fought journey to the New Jersey Group III championship. After high school, he then attended Edison Prep for one year. There, he took his game to the next level; receiving a full scholarship to a Division I college. That year, he attended The University of Texas Pan-America, where he played on their Division I basketball team. He then transferred a year later to a Division II school to be closer to home and not to forfeit a year of eligibility. That college was the American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he flourished and helped the team win a conference championship during his senior year of competition.
Basketball was not who he was, it was what he did. He loved the game but more importantly loved the opportunities it afforded him in his life; such as traveling, meeting new people, learning how to make sacrifices, developing great time management skills, and it also gave him the means to pay for his education, as well as a ton of other phenomenal aspects that came along with playing the game of basketball. But, he always knew deep down inside that he had a higher calling to do more then put a ball through a hoop. He felt his purpose in life was to help others reach their goals and happiness; which he found through fitness. By him dedicating himself to training in health and fitness, he has been able to help others. His clients have become not only excited about their outside results, but he also helped build and/or rebuild their confidence from the inside. Most people need to overcome various obstacles that life generates throughout their daily walk and grinds in life, and fitness and exercise can do that. So, no matter your age, body type, fitness goal etc…let’s begin this journey together. I, Dwayne Gutridge Jr., look forward to becoming your trainer and let’s WIN together!!
